The staff were very sweet and attentive. The rooms were beautiful although I do wish the room was a little more updated but it has that cozy feeling. There is a lot of fun activities to do and breakfast was great. I would definitely book another trip.

The property and room are run down Not a resort experience at all. Service was also lacking. Asked for an ice bucket for room. No. Offered a bag to put ice in. Planned activities presumably available, but saw none going on. Restaurant food was good and Staff helpful

The staff was great , all around.could use some minor up keep here and there , but overall clean. Only negative i thought was that the website promotes spooners bar for lunch , dinner and late night snack, but it closed at 6 ish. I was hoping for after dinner snack later on. Overall great experience nonetheless . I wish the resort fees were less considering a lot of amenities are not available

I called ahead of time to let them know about the ant infestation I had in their other resort I booked with you guys a few months ago and I booked a room with a pool in it and was not able to use the pool cause of dead ants all over the place it was my 13th year anniversary I even had them put rose pedals and chocolate covered strawberries for us but experience was horrible the rooms are run down and they need upgrading I had no water pressure in the shower the brekfast was mediocre and the waitress told me after the fact that I could’ve requested something else besides what they had on their terrible buffet they lost a good customer I was embarrassed and I deserve credit for my stay 1 because it was not cheap and 2 because I called and begged for everything to be correct and begged for no ants
