Pool didn’t work, called front desk multiple time and issue was never resolved, and when I checked out and brought to their attention. I was called a liar and they continued to deny anything was wrong with room.

Needed work on updating the rooms . Our sauna didnt work . The room needed some repairs. The tiles were loose and mirrors had cracks in it . Staff was nice , grounds were kept clean . Easy to find places to eat or if you needed to pick something up at a store .

Spent over 1k for 2 nights and I will never stay hear or recommend this place to anyone. Its outdated despite advertisement and pics of renovation. Chipped paint in the pool and jacuzzi. When the champagne jacuzzi was turned on black mold and bateria filled the water because the pipes have not been cleaned in who knows how long. The ameneties are terrible...Outdoor child like games you cant use in the winter. Indoor arcade looks like an afterschool camp space for kids. Concept was great for the 1980's but not for current times. The daily "Service Fee" is upwards of $100 per day and the rooms are incredibly overpriced. Antique Sauna didnt work. Dining food was HORRIBLE to say the least. Meal was all reheated frozen pre prepared food from Sams Club. Too many complaints tolist and not enough positives to even mention. Terrible Experience
