The room set up was great. There was just enough of everything for a quick stay or a longer stay because of the fridge, microwave, and extra kitchen sink. It was roomy and comfortable. There were a few things that could be improved… there are no hair dryers and there was still hair on the shower walls. But the place smells very clean and we slept great.

I was put off by the fact that there was a separate fee for the Hotel and Parking, that was not part of the room fee. This added 64.00 +/- to the cost. Nice place but pretty expensive.

The room was immaculate and had everything we needed. The facility was clean and updated. The only issues we had was the parking and the difficulty in navigating around the building. You had to leave your car in the drive, then go ask the way up and over to the second floor to check in. The parking garage is tight and difficult to navigate and it cost $30+ per day to park there. There are not enough parking for the amount of people. Overall it was a nice place.

We stayed out of season during a summer road trip. This hotel was perfectly located for exploring the area. Nice big rooms, plenty of hangout spaces in the hotel and the gym was top class. Much more than I expected from a hotel gym, with a full selection of free weights as well as machines and plenty of room for mats id start again just for the gym.

Expedia failed to disclose that the price did not include parking and resort fees and other taxes/fees to the tune of over $120. This is false advertising. You communication with me, the customer, indicated the rate included taxes and fees. Very disappointing and surprising!

A big hotel with a complex of shops and restaurant built in. There is a ski lift out back behind the outdoor lounge, that accommodates mountain biking during the ski off-season.

Day 1 and check in were great. But the day we were checking out was very disappointing. Asked for 30 min longer after check out and was told no, even after I jacked around with the coffee pot for 20 min which was not working and had to end up swapping out for a different one with the maid, remotes on TV batteries died the night before, and Sunday we stayed on property to watch our NFL game at 11am only to be told No they would not change one of the many tv’s in the sports bar to the Packers. Nobody else was even in the bar at that time but they still would not put our game on one of the numerous tv’s. Upsetting end to a beautiful weekend. Management should have at least done something. Nope.

Fine enough?

We stayed here while we got married. The check in process was kind of a nightmare, we got stuck behind a massive group of hikers and there was only one person checking them in, then when another person arrived to help us check in (after the group of 10+ hikers was gone) he couldn’t get logged into his computer and the person behind us got checked in before we did. We ended up going back to the original line and finally checking in except it still took a long while - they kept going to the back office and having us wait at the desk, and the whole process took about 25 minutes. After a 7 hour drive, we were ready to collapse into a bed, not stand at a check in desk for half an hour, so that was a bummer. After check in, things were fine. The room was nice, the tv was very outdated which was odd, but things were clean and the bed was comfortable! We had major issues for the entire trip with key cards not working for the rooms, so the cards would have to be reset, which was a hassle, but again not the end of the world. Loved the bus that took you around town! Might pick a different hotel next time, but overall not a terrible stay.
