Lovely Mountain view & Great customer service
Front desk customer care service was outstanding. They listened to my request of having a larger room due to my special needs daughter and accomodated it. We got spacious room / Suite , it was having fantastic mountain view. Outdoor spa / swimming pool with a mountain view was amazing. We throughly enjoyed the stay in the hotel. Thank you for providing a great customer experience. We loved it.

The property appeared in good condition, with the exception of first floor hallways. The carpeting on those halls was worn and stained/soiled……but that also become they are used as access routes into and out of the property to parking areas. The king suite we used was clean, and in good condition. It’s a 3 star hotel for sure, so don’t expect luxury. The king suite had a mini fridge, microwave, dishwasher (??), single cooktop or hot plate, and a small sink……plates, glasses, silverware. So well enough equipped for short stays.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was ok- only one window opened and it was stuffy and hot. We overlooked the parking lot. Swimming pool was tiny and crowded. We spent one night and checked out to find other accommodations.

Great location but be aware of dog policy
Hotel is in a great location and it easy to access but the first two floors are dog friendly which that night I was there sounded like a kennel and there is a little bit of a smell being that the rooms are carpeted and a little dated.

We needed to check out a day early. The property refunded our resort fees for the last day that they collected at check in. They told us to contact Expedia to get a refund for the last day that we did not use. When I contacted Expedia to ask for a refund, they called the property to make sure we didn’t use the last day. The property refused to authorize the refund. I feel the property lied to us when we checked out. Beware!
