We were called and told we got booked for another hotel in the areas because they are doing renovations. We actually called and tried to cancel due to illness. They still didn't give us a refund. I'm not sure what that's all about. Even if you have a certain cancellation policy… I also purchased the travel insurance…. and we wouldn't have got to stay there anyway. Very disappointed.

The room was beautiful and had puzzles for kids. There was a beautiful balcony with a view and our kids loved the pool! The whole place was enormous, luxurious, and the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

Kitchen is barely stocked, pans are old and worn out. Didn't expect a ton of kitchen stuff but we were able to make pancakes and macaroni and cheese. Asked about a grill and the front desk laughed and told me about some nearby restaurants.

AVOID. Front desk management was rude and unaccommodating (Hunter Keira and Kaylee). Managers were awful and made zero attempt to recover issues with stay that were easily fixable resulting in needless hassle they could have easily made changes or simple fixes that would have eased the burdens made by THIER STAFF. The Room itself was ok, not worth the money, but ok. Pool was disgustingly crowded even at 1030 pm. couldn't even use it. Gym was also full of children seemingly unsupervised by adults. Parking lot was unkempt and dangerous with icy conditions and snowbanks. Would absolutely NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. 10/10 avoid due to management. 3 interactions with the managers at the front desk all but ruined my stay. Awful experience with them.

No Housekeeping…..

I was very disappointed that you charge $75 to clean our room, if we wanted it done before we left…. We were there for 4 days. I figured after the 2nd day housekeeping would’ve come through. After 2 days a room needs to be cleaned. We were very careful to pickup after ourselves and wipe down the bathroom sink, but really??? You couldn’t have at least done something????
