As a non dog owner I was a bit distressed by the number of dogs left barking in their owners room. Service was excellent! Not a lot of variety in dining options so we cooked in our room which was nicely outfitted for us to do so

Loved that you have plenty of Tesla Destination Chargers. Was so easy to just park and charge. Your staff was also amazing when we were snowed in with the huge snowstorm and helped shovel out the cars since the plow hadn't been through yet. Really impressed!

A great spot right on the slopes to make skiing everyday very convenient! And a hot tub slope-side to warm up after a day of skiing. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, a little dated but that adds to the charm. I would absolutely stay again for my next trip to CB.

Overall the vibe is great. The setup of the rooms was fantastic and roomy. The beds are comfy, hot water plentiful, easy access to the lifts. The downfall for our stay (this might be a one off) was the service. We had two separate booking because we decided to add one more night last minute. When making the last minute booking we were told that there were plenty of rooms available with the larger rooms but sold out of the small rooms with our original booking. When we got to the lodge we asked if we could pay the difference and stay in the larger room so we would haven’t to switch the next day. They were not honest and said they were full. I called to verify like I would book a room and was told there were plenty. Once I found out that we couldn’t stay in our room, I asked if they had a place to store our luggage they said no. Then I asked if we could keep them on one of the push carts they said no, we had to put our stuff back in our car. We did that, however, we saw that they let multiple other families keep their luggage in the lobby for hours. The icing on the cake was on the first night when we went to go to bed, we had blood on our sheets. We removed them and slept on the blankets we brought because we were exhausted and wanted to go to bed. When I brought this up to the staff, they did nothing but say sorry. I asked to talk to a manager and gave my number. I still have yet to receive a call. I feel like another number instead of like a customer.

Challenging WiFi. This was a work trip and there was no service in the room, barely in the lobby. Issues with boosters not working. The room itself was as spacious and clean. Great access to the ski mountain. Only one dining option inside the hotel.

Felt like I stayed in a rundown 70’s motel

Look, this place needs a major overhaul, every thing is soooooo outdated, the room furniture, had like a dog was chewing on the sides of the rolling chairs. The tables had scratches all over them. The carpet was soiled with something it looks like wax I think but these are pet friendly room so I’m not sure what was going on.. there was one of the bed lamps was not working and the outlet next to the bed was not functioning there were out two lightbulbs missing from the track light above the kitchen.
