Unfortunately, this was the most unpleasant property experiences I’ve had. The parking area outside and exterior of the room was muddy. The room had multiple defects: Paint chips, chipping drywall, broken shower, mold in the bathroom, broken and mismatched bathroom tiles, exposed outlet walls, unclean and burnt hair dryer plug, dirty & chipped floor tile, torn curtains, chipped & dirty door wood and paint, at least two defective outlets and one of two broken lamps, worn out bed mattresses. The front office staff was understanding.

Where do I start. The room had no place to hang our clothes. The TV and refrigerator did not work. The bulb in the lamp was burned out. When I checked the plug it came out of the wall. The wood like floor was coated with a wax like cleaner that got on the bottom of your soxs and feet. A towel we placed on the floor was yellow the next morning. The coffee maker was so dirty that even running plain hot water through it was of no help. Therewere also cockroaches in the room. It was so bad we had to move the next day to another hotel. We were told we would have to pay an early departure fee which I don’t believe we should have based on the condition of the room. We’re asking for a full refund.

It is right on the edge of town so you’re just a couple minutes from the middle of town. Very quiet place & clean. Staff are very friendly & come check on you to make sure you don’t need anything.

I was woke up around 3:00 a.m. to roaches crawling all over me. The rooms are very nasty and outdated the doors are falling apart you can hear everything outside while you're in the room. Horrible part of the city bad crowd there

Do not recommend this place!

Front desk rude. Housekeeper was folding towels in the front “lounge”. Mold ceiling tiles above shower. Coffee no coffee pot. Housekeeping woke us up at 9:30 for dirty towels and wanted to know when we were leaving. Lamp bedside didn’t work. Hair dryer didn’t work. Also charged $25 more. Horrible horrible horrible

Absolutely no room amenities. No hair dryer, closet, hooks of any kind. Ceiling tiles stained and falling down, floor tiles around tub loose. Carpet dirty. We felt un safe. People lived there. So NASTY!
