There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, the bathtub would fill when the shower ran and the room smelled musty. We were there four nights and when we checked in we were told if we wanted clean towels we had to bring them to the office to exchange for clean ones. The lady at the desk the final night was shocked I was told that and was super nice. When I went to pick up the towels from the floor that final night however I also had two bugs hiding under - a spider (ok fine) and some weird slinky one. The sheets felt like sandpaper. We stayed here because Holiday Inn was $300 more, next time it will be worth it.

The front desk staff was friendly didn't have no problems with checking in. In my room it was hair in my bathroom and in the sink and my refrigerator was not clean out. But other then everything was ok

This location is absolutely one of the better Days Inn we've stayed in for years ! It truly is very clean, has the feel of a very nice Hotel, Staff was warm and welcoming, we stayed for 2 days, and already booked it for our next stay for Memorial Day weekend since were coming back to town again ! Highly recommended

I was very upset to find out that my friend who I met and shared the room right beside only paid half the price that I paid when I booked through Expedia and they booked the hotel directly. I paid twice as much as them. What is the point of using Expedia Then another couple joined us they got another room and they paid the same price as my friend so I paid double for the price by using Expedia. I doubt that I might not be doing that again.

I am trying to get a refund thru Xpedia but they say they cannot get ahold of the manager to verify that I was not there.. You cannot have the manager email you that I was not there because I have a receipt that said I was in Cookeville TN like 50 miles west of there are the Super 8 by Wyndam. If you never stayed at a hotel don’t you think you should be reimbursed???
