Obviously updated and looks great. The only things we're that the he tub floor was gray and may still need some kind of cleaning. And a couple places on the walls have paint peeled off. The Bradley was fine but coups have used some fresh fruit. Seating was limited. Really a shame to have pools with such limited hours. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'd stay again.

Had what turned out to be a minor inconvenience during the beginning of my road trip. Crossville TN is the nicest area I know. This Super 8 is where my SUV rolled to a stop. I am grateful to God!!

The room was musty and humid. Everything felt damp to the touch. The whole place needed a good scrubbing. Walls and ceiling had something black on them. Good location and the beds were comfortable. Lady that checked us in was fast and friendly. We told the man that the room was musty smelling when we checked out, but didn’t seem too concerned about it.

Price was right and place is clean!

We have stayed at this location before. The staff is very friendly and the areas we saw are all near and clean. This trip we were in the 3rd floor which was fine but I could swear those were FULL not QUEEN beds and they were too firm. The rate was great so we can’t really complain. I also noticed the some of the other guests were a little sketchy - one male in particular spent more time chain smoking and pacing the parking lot. We just took extra precautions.

The property is dated, more so than what the reviews on Expedia and the Super 8 website suggests. The AC had problems removing the humidity in the room, especially after showers, and the bedding felt uncomfortably moist. No exhaust in bathroom. The breakfast offerings were extremely limited. The staff was friendly and check in and out were no problem.
