The grounds are beautiful but the entire facility is not maintained at all . Not one aspect of this place has any modern amenities . We can excuse poor WiFi and weather related problems , but from staff to its so called all inclusive package . Assistance or food was non existent . The rooms are seriously antiquated , besides breakfast no other services exist . The communal areas have no fans and it’s serious mosquitos attacking . The fixtures are outdated , the bath soap was in some mini bottles marked in marker , the toilet seat was worn and the bed was lumpy . I mean for an all inclusive resort at least provide basis and this did not get ONE

Horrible and tacky

The stay at this hotel was mixed. The wait for our room was pretty long. I'm used to staying at the comfort inn in other parts of the world and the service is always efficient but in this case we waited like 2 plus hours for the room. Then their was a leak from the air conditioning and there was water all over the floor. I asked the front desk for a discount because of the inconvenience I was told no discount. On the flip side the shuttle service to the beach and the airport was efficient. The complementary breakfast was good as well. The leak was fixed and the overall stay in the end was good

What we did not like was, having booked for 3 people and actually paying extra for a larger room, finding upon arrival that the room had one bed only and was prepared for 2 people - only 2 of everything such as towels, water, chairs etc. The Hotel suggested we all share the one bed or required an additional.daily payment for a roll away camp bed for my son. Not a great or welcoming start. Other than this, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Some areas need some repair and maintenance such as the pickle ball court. It is a beautiful setting. It is a little remote so if you want to explore I recommend getting a hire car
