Perfect for airport
Lovely hotel very close to the airport, only 2 mins walk. Check in was quick. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. We didn't eat or drink at the hotel as we went into the city for an event.

Arrive @ 1:30am & get given a room with umade beds
Arrived late and the car barrier did not open and no one picked when I buzzed. Had to walk to reception to ask to be let in. I did ring in the morning to say I would be late due to travel issues and was told it was not an issue as there was 24 hours reception. Got to my room only to realise it had not been made up! Had to request a room change. Made a complaint in the morning at reception and was told the duty manager will call me. No one has 🙄

Decent hotel conveniently located right next to the airport terminal building. The room was comfortable enough, but felt a little pricey for what was on offer. Breakfast was an additional charge as well.

The most convenient airport hotel
The hotel is so convenient for early morning flights.The hotel is clean,fresh and relaxing. The only negative was the long wait for our dinner order to be taken. However the member of staff was knowledgeable about alergens and advised me very well. The receptionist was kind enough to print out a document for me.

This was an overnight stay to enable easy access to early morning flight. Hotel comfortable, good sized bedroom and comfortable bed. Staff cordial and helpful. Food was ok for price charged. Have stayed here a few times and find hotel convenient and comfortable but does require a spruce up. Would happily use it again.

Pleasant stay, after delayed flight.
Perfect stay for family at short notice, after arriving late due to a delayed flight and car hire facility had closed for the day. Staff very accommodating, but it was slightly on the expensive side for staying only a few hours.
