What a wonderful and relaxing stay! It was the perfect place to unwind after 7 days at a timeshare resort. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The staff , especially Rose is amazing! Rose was very friendly and full of local recommendations! The pool and hot tub are a hidden oasis which we really enjoyed after a day of playing tourist. The common area was also very relaxing and the availability of a kitchen was exceptional. Nothing beat the morning coffee and enjoying it outside in the swing! We highly recommend Shangri La!

I highly recommend this hotel, especially the Ocean View Queen Room. It’s worth paying a little extra for the view! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and there’s a dive shop right on-site. They also provide snorkel gear for free, which was a huge plus. There are plenty of fish right off the deck, and the water is only about 4 feet deep, so it’s easy to snorkel and see marine life without even going anywhere. The tuna tare tare at the Nova restaurant was pretty good too. Great location, friendly staff, and an awesome spot for snorkeling. I would definitely stay here again!
