The room was big which was nice. The bed was okay. I did sleep pretty good. The bathroom was not clean, the shower curtain smelled like mildew. The toilet was dirty. The sink was dirty.

Valerie at the front desk was AMAZING. She was accomadating, friendly, greated us with a warm hello and smile. Informed us of area activities, etc. We ate at the Gator Cove Bar and Grill inside the hotel. Madison was also the bomb. She really knew her drinks and food options. She also was friendly and full of ideas for things to do in the area. The Shrimp Basket was so YUMMY!! Best I have ate in awhile. My traveling friend had the Flat bread Pizza and it also was so good!! The hotel is undergoing renovations but they are on top of it and will make you stay a pleasant one. Will for sure stay here again!! Thanks!!

Room was dirty. Staff was rude an unwelcoming. There was construction all week long that we weren't notified of before hand. Woke up to hammering every morning we were there. The place is full of drug addicts. And the staff just ignores the traffic into the rooms. They make up reasons to keep the $100 cash deposit they demand. Refuse housekeeping service because there's a pet. The worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

The staff was great. There was a few issues.... First thing was the t.v needed to warm up, I guess. The picture was scrambled on every Channel for a while. But then went clear after about 5 min. Then in the morning the coffee maker would not work. But the light was on showing it had power. The outlets in the room, most didn't work properly. One but not both. So I'd have to unplug a light or tv to charge my phone or laptop. Maintenance did come the next day a replaced 1 quickly. And it worked. We were not advised of the remodeling when we checked in. Which was kinda of annoying to listen to all the banging all day long. It just would have been nice to know before hand.

Local sight seeing

Bed was lumpy . Grounds clean , dated . Although a 7-11 is across street , it has homeless 24-7 around it . 150 feet from motel . It’s not there problem , but safety could be a concern . No one bothered us but … 7-11 inside is very nice . Located close to everything . Pool looked very clean ac set at 60 , never got close to that . Prolley 74 at best .

The stay wasn’t bad other than the ac sucked. I put it on 64 and the room was still hot and humid and the shower trickled very little water out. Getting shampoo out of my very short hair was hard.
