Staff very friendly. Front desk check-in was fast and great front desk staff. Lots of work being done to improve the whole experience. Will definitely return.

The staff was very friendly and kind. The hotel was nice and on the water. The only problem was that the pull out bed had mood on it. And one of the beds support bars were broke. I told tje feont desks they had maintenance come and look at it. He said he fixed the problem which it didnt. Then he told me to put sheets on the bed but was never given any then was told to go ask for them. For the price I pay the mattress on the pull out should of been on there. We delt with it all. We were there visiting our brother who was in the hospital fighting brain cancer. I was just disappointed on the suite room and how the bed continue were but. The day we checked out they were going to everyone room and throwing all the mattress away and putting new one in the rooms where no one was staying. When I seen that it made me mad and glad they were taking care of a problem but we had to suffer with old moody beds. We couldn’t go to a different hotel every was booked already.

Nice but not for all

The hotel was room was great and in a perfect location. The only downfall was the breakfast. There was no real food. Only a crappy muffin, cheap granola bar and a tiny water. It advertises a continental breakfast which was not the case. Also I'm allergic to eggs and could literally not eat a single food item at the hotel. bummer.

The rooms are very nice. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure and temperature if you let the water run for 5 minutes. Although we were right by the pool area, it closes at 9 and no one abused that. Location is fantastic, near all the attractions, and Crackers restaurant next door is great. Breakfast is a bag with muffin, apple, granola bar and water (no coffee). The coffee shop in the lobby is expensive and the coffee is TERRIBLE (very weak). But there's a Wawa nearby with better coffee.

Was there to visit family, not for the activities there. But we will definitely return & stay here again for all the activities. Lots to do there. Beautiful area right on the river. Very convenient area. Restaurants right next door. We will be back!!
