Property was clean and convenient to hospital where we had a sick relative. Staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was subpar but free, outlets by the bed need repairing (stayed here twice and each time when trying to plug chargers and CPAP machine into outlets by the bed, they’re virtually useless)

A So-So Stay

Stay was So-So. Front Desk Check In was not smooth. The receptionist was not an easy person to work with and seemed very rude. Room was cleanish. There was hair in the bathroom, on 2 different towels and on 1 of the beds/pillows. Not the greatest stay. Probably won't be an option for us in the future.

Breakfast buffet was really good. Property condition was good. Decent staff. Only downsides: TV should be updated so that you can access your streaming services like Amazon or Netflix. Phone was in poor shape. Table side clock had a malfunctioning display.

Cleaning lady did not clean room correctly left trash behind. An no extra towls broken bathroom door. They lied said they fixed an they never fixed it. Barking nose all night the drive way is hard to find the orginal drive way can damage your car badly

Sunday night fumble

Stuck with room next to a loud elevator. In room dehumidifier running in room? A disgusting carpet I wouldn’t put in my dogs crate. Most channels on TV didn’t work to cap off stay so no Sunday night football.
