Super nice for the price.!
It was just what we needed. Next door to Blue Gator restaurant where we ate. Close to everything. The only thing is the room needed two small chairs to sit on either to put shoes on, drink coffee or watch tv. I'm not a bed sitter. Super nice!

Clean, neat, and well-equipped. Thank goodness for reliable GPS because in no place did I see a sign saying "Gator Den"; look for "Angler's something." Had no cell service with T-Mobile (occasionally one bar), plus Wi-Fi was too slow to stream or even load web pages with graphics. Plus TV wasn't working. To their credit, after much troubleshooting, they got it working before the evening was over; in the meantime, I had to find a sports bar to watch the first half of the Gator game. To be honest, I wish I'd gone with the Comfort Inn, but if you are in Dunellon to fish and don't care about the technology, it might be a nice spot for you.

Newish and clean. I would have given it a higher rating, but I needed to use my computer for 4-5 hours and there was no desk chair. A/C was loud but worked OK. Staff apparently not on duty full time, maybe because it is so small.

A great place for the "lodging" experience. Clean fresh and remodeled with attached tiki restaurant on the water. The only downside is it is situated right on the main road, and I do mean RIGHT on the road; it takes away from the "nature" feel.

While the outside looks like an old Ma-andPa motel, the rooms have been beautifully redecorated and impeccably clean. The restaurant was closed the evening we stayed, but its location directly on the river can't be beat.

We booked The Gator Den last minute and we were not disappointed. The front desk staff was very nice and very helpful. The room was filled with clean towels and was very clean! The only thing that I was upset with is the bar/restaurant is closed on Wednesdays! Other than that it was a great stay!
