⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay — Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent: fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options for every taste. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and elegant, and every detail showed great attention and care. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and outstanding service. I can’t wait to come back!

This is a hidden jewel in colonial Cuenca. Clean and comfortable room, wonderful and helpful staff and a location that is close to shops, restaurants and the famous Cuenca Cathedral.

What a beautiful hotel! I felt like i was in Italy, yet right outside was Ecuadorian chocolate and coffee. And everything else. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. It is on a VERY busy street, so i would not want to be driving there, and ther room I was in was next to the reception area, so it was noisy. Ask for a room farther away if noise bothers you.
