Very clean

It is the only hotel I stayed in in Brazil so I cannot compare it to others. The breakfast buffet was extensive. My review is probably somewhat colored by the fact that I do not speak Portuguese and most of the staff does not speak English - but they try very hard. I think it probably deserved more than an OK.

o primeiro quarto em que me colocaram o ar condicionado fazia barulho e estava com infiltração, e me deu alergia. a parte reformada do hotel tem um preço e a parte não reformada tem outro, contudo isso não está informado no sites de reservas. O segundo quarto para onde fui transferida estava em boas condições. O café da manhã é bom, as frutas são gostosas, contudo o café (que todo brasileiro ama) não tem gosto bom, pelo contrário é bem ruim.

infelizmente fiquei só um dia, tive que sair do hotel, por conta de uma reforma que está acontecendo e ficou impossível de permanecer, muito barulho. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos durante o pouco tempo que estive lá. O gerente também foi compreensivo com a situação e facilitou meu cancelamento.

Pedimos um quarto tranquilo, silencioso para descanso e nos jogaram num lugar q a sensação é q estávamos no meio da av. Fernando Corrêa, com barulhos de carros ou motos e buzinaço. Lastimável e o restaurante toda vez faltava um item nos pratos.
