O hotel tentou cobrar uma taxa de fumante, sendo q tanto eu como meu filho somos alérgicos a cigarro, mas foi alegado q teria cinzas de cigarro na janela, não apresentando nenhuma prova concreta, apenas foi seguido o q a camareira falou e pronto! Eu ne recusei a pagar, mas deixo aqui o neu protesto e o meu aviso para que os hóspedes tomem cuidado com essa prática condenável e abusiva

Café da manhã ficou a desejar. Sem opção saudável, integral, sem açúcar e sem lactose. Tinha frutas passadas. Sem variedade. As Janelas dos quartos não são acústicas. Não veda o vento gelado de madrugada nos dias frios. Frigobar estava sujo e a limpeza do banheiro estava bem superficial. Infelizmente as avaliações não são boas.

A cama de "casal" são dois colchoes de solteiro. O travesseiro é muito fino e quando solicitei outro travesseiro na recepção, às 19h, eles ficaram de levar e apesar de ir pessoalmente à recepção as 22h e ligar as 23h a resposta foi sempre a mesma, eles estavam muito ocupados para levar e como esperado, não levaram. Péssima experiência.
