It has been some years since I stayed in the Maldron Smithfield - this had been due to experiencing some problems over several visits. However, the most recent stay was an excellent experience with no issues being encountered. Sadly due to family issue, I have to unexpectedly check out a few days early. The staff on duty at 0330 were helpful and supportive. Wonderful service from reception, restaurant and housekeeping. I will stay again.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel is in a great central location. Walking distance to most everything.

We loved everything about citizenM Dublin. The staff were wonderful, friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast was great and we were very happy that we chose the buffet every morning. Location was perfect, very walkable to many of the sights we wanted to see. We did the Hop on Hop off bus tour which was great.

Hotel was great, staff were helpful. Room was great value, clean and well maintained across my stay. Would stay again

Room was a little cramped with sloped roof.The emergency light flashed all night and a door on the kitchen cupboard was loose. Great location for shopping and as long as the attic window was closed no noise at night. Room was compact and clean.Would book again.

Service at the Fitzwilliam was top of the line. Cozy, comfortable room and amazing breakfast. The location was perfect, walkable to mostly everything in Dublin. If we ever find ourselves back in Dublin, there is nowhere else we would stay besides the Fitzwilliam

The room was clean, in character with the building and comfortable. The location was perfect and in a great area. Would definitely stay here again. The staff though not always present are very helpful throughout our stay.
