We stayed here Dec 21, 2024. Check in was fine and the man on staff was friendly. The king size bed was very comfortable and the heat adjusted nicely. We were disappointed in a several things. It seems that the hotel is trying to be skimpy on things you need. Examples: there was no Kleenex, not enough soap to have one bar on the sink and one in the shower, no place to put suitcases except on the desk, no place to hang a hand towel by the sink and the TV controller didn't work well. It wouldn't scroll the channels. I had to push repeatedly to make the channels change. It was very annoying. I finally gave up and just watched what came up. Also the people above us made noisy foot stomping for quite a while at night. Breakfast was not ready when it was scheduled to start. It was about 20 minutes late. There was no fruit and no tea. I had to ask for tea bags. Over all, it was not as good as I expected.

Quick Funeral Trip, Hoping for a good hotel
The facility and room was clean, updated and provided all of our needs. Staff were very friendly and courteous. We were there to attend a family member's funeral. As it goes, trips such as this are scheduled at the last minute, and stress is high. It meant a lot to us that the hotel was clean and all staff were courteous!

We were given a handicap room. The beds were old and sloped. The ac did not work. The water took forever to warm up for the shower and when it did it sprayed everywhere because it. Was a handicap shower. We were not handicap. However, it was clean if you could me get over not being able to sleep due to the horrible bed and no ac.

Nice stay. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, all the modern amenities were there and worked as they should. The overall facility was very clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was better than most places I’ve stayed. No complaints at all, would recommend to everyone!

Bad Housekeeping Experience
Front desk employees were awesome and friendly. We were awakened by housekeeping beating on our door at 7:30am. We were staying for two nights and even if we were not checkout was not until 11:00 am. Most places have a list to let housekeepers know he is cheoot.

The hotel is what you would expect for a Sleep inn. The room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. The hotel could definitely use some updating but overall price was good for a quick overnight.
