Pool was under construction or updates....did not tell me when booked. The woman that checked us in and the 2nd night was incredibly rude and condescending. Also WAY overshared her life and attitude about previous customers. Rooms arent cleaned, trash not emptied, towels not replaced unless you put in a request DAILY. Was not informed of this at check in. Came back to hotel mid afternoon only to have to walk around 4 employees around a swing apparently all on a smoke break. Not a very positive experience

Not a great stay

The pool was closed and looked unsanitary. The hallway carpets were old and dirty. The breakfast had spoiled milk, rotten oranges and the room smelled like throw up. The checkin was quick and efficient and the staff were nice, but the hotel was run down and felt gross. The bed was super squeaky and you could feel the springs.

The staff was very good and kind .The easy access to get around in different directions made our traveling easier. They were working on the pool and the bathroom we had was not the best. The water just stopped when I was showering and the sink had a broken drain.

Would not recommend!

Room was small, and ac hardley worked. Shower curtian was partly in toilet when I walked in to the bathroom, I had to remove it FROM then toilet. AC unit barley worked and had browm marks on it. There were hand prints on the ceiling. One of the beds hair black hairs in the sheets, that were supposed to be clean! After some tears our family found another hotel and checked out after less then an 1 hour stay! Did not appear the hotel was well maintained, stains and hair in halls too. The one positive is the lady at front desk was friendly. We left and went to a different hotel in the area!

The hotel was definitely outdated and they seemed to have a shortage of front desk staff. The girl working the breakfast bar was friendly, but when i saw her put the biscuits in the microwave to heat them up and grab a box of liquid eggs to heat up in the microwave as well… it was kind of a turn off. I’m sure most hotels with the same rating do the same, but the microwave isn’t in the dining area with the guests

Brought my German Shepherd and Australian Shepherd with me during my stay, and would stay again, clean room/ bathroom, and for where it’s located, I appreciated that they have the pet friendly rooms away from all the traffic of cars and people.

Average hotel. First room we got into, it had a bad smell to it. Went to the front and requested another room. Second room smelled much better. Staff was friendly and cooperative. Room and hotel was clean. I’m not sure I’ll stay here again though. Price is decent.
