Great place to stay

Brought my elderly pup on this trip and all the employees at Cumberland were so welcoming to her!! The rooms were immaculate, the breakfasts were great. I am coming back here for sure the next time we visit our friend

Refrigerator not working properly. For goodness sakes, Keep the refrigerators running! By the time you check in, there is no time to cool it down. When traveling cross country people need to store things as soon as they check in.

Our stay was excellent! The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The house keeping staff were extremely nice and so accommodating. Autumn at the front desk was wonderful!! She made sure that our stay was excellent! Lisa also does a great job with breakfast and is so sweet! I rate 10 out of 10!!

I liked my window facing the woods. The bed was comfortable. The lounge area looks beautiful. The room was clean, but I didn't give 5 stars because the Beth room has some hair on the floor, which could have been vacuumed a bit better, and the fridge was making a funny noise (I didn't make any complaint to the reception about it; it wasn't a big deal). However, those are little details and didn't spoil our stay. For my kids, everything was perfect. If I return to this area, I will stay at this hotel again.
