The property was extremely clean, and very nice staff. Well maintained and decorated beautifully for the fall. The only thing was the breakfast bar had no signs, so u really did not know what type of meats or anything was there. I asked the breakfast person and she said the company had some sort of point system and they are not allowed to put any food signs which did not make sense for diabetic/ vegetarian/ gluten free people.

A very good place to stay when visiting the Cumberland area. A excellent value. You have to drive to get into the city but I suspect that’s factored into the price. Small but nice indoor pool that kept the kids happy. A special shoutout to the staff member in charge of the breakfast area. She clearly takes pride in her work and was very kind and thoughtful to our kids.

Great staff the room was great but we were in the second floor and who ever was on the 3rd floor they did not sleep or something was falling. Not sure but the noise was supper loud. We did not use the pool or the gym, but it look nice and clean. Parking was pack every night. Breakfast was so good the place was crowded but you did not see an empty tray always hot food ready to eat. We love this location.

This hotel was sooooooo clean and everything with the decor and furniture was stunningly beautiful. They even had it decorated for fall. The staff was so kind and helpful when we needed towels and ran out of tissues. They were very informative when we were checking in. This was me and my fiances first trip in years, and our first trip together, and it was absolutely perfect! I'm really picky about cleanliness so the fact that I was impressed really says something about this location. We stayed in a king suite, and it literally does not get any better for this amazing price!!! We will 100 percent be back to this location. Hioefully they don't change a thing with how it is being run. <3

Property is conveniently right off the highway, but it was very noisy due to traffic sounds all night. Breakfast and tea choices were not that good. We were very disappointed because there 3 stink bugs in our room. We drove from New Jersey so it was late when we checked in and just killed the bugs and reported it in the morning, we will not stay here again.

Stayed at this property several other times and everything was good. Very surprised to find a 18" x 18" section of carpeting missing in room , desk clerk said truck driver put his shoes there and it ate the carpet away.
