Yes, this place has one of the best staff ever.... They were so accommodating! Kind polite! Always smiling friendly,the place was very cleansed.. We stay there for 3 night's they never clean our room, not a single time they tried , i remind them to clean but the last night we we where there, it wasn't clean again, so i ask why they didn't clean, that there are shorted of staff and just take the sign off the door probably they the housekeeper don't understand what it say, i said really

Overall decent stay, stayed here on the way home from an ad-lib trip to Santa Cruz one Sunday night. Easy to find next to a lot of good options for dining. Staff was friendly. They did tell us on the phone the pool was heated it wasn't my son was a little upset no big deal though. Unfortunately the TV was not able to be controlled by the remote consistently. I called a couple times that night to see if they could get somebody to bring us a new remote so we can turn the TV off and go to bed. They said yes but after 45 minutes to an hour past I just ended up unplugging it.

I loved this hotel. Staff is very nice. Ordered breakfast, our cold coffee was a little strong, we asked them to add a little more creamer and one of the ladies made us a complete new coffee and said it was on the house. Clean , quiet, easy parking, walking distance to shopping center. Very accommodating. Major cities near by. Overall experience 100/100 I would definitely stay there again.
