Room was verry clean had a problem whetting for one of the rooms that was not ready and was given another room, but the room was clean we needed a hear dryer it did not work other than that was a great hotel better than the Hyatt in town where we stayed last time we were there that had bugs all over and nothing was done about it. The gym and pool were clean and accessible and enjoyed it. Parking was difficult they were redoing the black top with pant could have been handle better otherwise went well. Staff was pleasant but was not personable. Except for Johen who ran the food area and service I give him an excellent ratting he was verry kind and personable to all and mad us feel welcome and at home no matter what was going wrong he made my stay there feel bather than the other staff.

Credit card system down, hotel key making system down, fridge with snacks down, parking under construction so had to park a ways down the street, hotel rooom keycard door locks unreliable. Front desk staff valiantly attempted to put on a brave face and were pleasant and helpful but hotel was not in good condition.

Solid hotel near Apple Park. Some road noise audible in our room and bedding could have been nicer/newer. I’ve definitely stayed in far nicer Hilton Garden Inns, but in Silicon Valley luxury+affordable isn’t a thing.

Inoperable thermostats, stay was freezing cold

In both rooms unable to change thermostat temperature. Bedroom stayed in cooling system and in the morning was 62 degrees, couldn't get heating turned on. Turned off HVAC switch completely. In living room, similar except thermostat said it was on heating system but was blowing cold air and that room around 60 degrees. Again,n turned off HVAC switch as only option. It was so cold.

One of my favs

I really enjoy staying at this hotel and usually have a great experience. However, during this visit, I noticed a couple of issues. The elevator is still broken, and since the hotel was fully booked, the one working elevator was very busy and hard to use. Also, I stayed in the same room as a previous visit, and I was disappointed to see that the dust and an old razor behind the TV were still there from my last stay. This made me question the overall cleanliness. And the AC was terrible. That said, I still love this hotel and hope these concerns can be addressed so future stays are as enjoyable as they’ve been in the past. And the staff is always the best.
