The dining area and reception look great, and clean. The room, walls and corridor leading up to the rooms look like a cheap motel, dirty, broken, chipped paint. The place looks neglected.

Atendente na chegada foi extremamente rude e desagradável. O quarto tinha cabelos dentro do box do banheiro e as cobertas tinham sujeira. Sinceramente, a forma como fomos atendidos foi decepcionante. Viajo direto e fazia muito tempo que não havia sido tratado com tanta rudeza como fui, especialmente em Curitiba. A limpeza também decepcionou

Atendimento dos funcionários nota 10. Super solicitos e educados. Infelizmente no quarto onde ficamos o secador de cabelos não funcionava e quando fui pedir ajuda na recepção notei que o telefone também não funcionava. Tirando isso foi ótimo.

Viagem de passeio na capital em casal
Hotel bom, para poucos dias está mais que ok, café da manhã gostoso, sem muitas opções diferentes, mas atende o necessário, está aprovado. Fizemos refeição no restaurante também, foi rápido, comida boa, preço de hotel mas não vem pouco, sacia a fome. Quarto confortável, chuveiro também, serviço de limpeza é bom e eficiente, pessoal atencioso e trabalham bem. O hotel fica localizado próximo ao aeroporto então irá ter barulho de avião passando bem perto, se tiver sono leve, pode incomodar, assim como barulho de trem, pois tem uma ferrovia nas redondezas. Eu que tenho sono pesado, não me incomodei quanto a isso. No fim de semana que fomos, haviam muitos pernilongos no elevador, corredores e recepção, isso foi um ponto que o hotel deveria cuidar mais. Mas no geral, está aprovado e voltaria a me hospedar sim.

Para uma parada rápida eu indicaria, mas para um passeio em casal nao..atendimento na entrada foi precário, quarto em que nos colocaram muito ruim, cama ruim , localização de meu quarto terrível (uma bagunça por ser ao lado do elevador.. tivemos de encomebadt pelo ifood protetores auriculares) gerentes da noite do restaurante nos atenderam mal e distintamente ..mas é isso ..como disse uma rápida estadia eu indico por ser mais em conta se assim pode se dizer. Mas tem muito a mudar.

Foi bastante agradável pena a região ser ao lado de uma mata isso acarretou em muitos pernilongos, mas o quarto e corredores com aparelhos de inseticida. Café da manhã é um luxo a parte, e o quarto muito aconchegante, banho sempre com água quente e gostoso Estivemos pela segunda vez eu e minha esposa Recomendamos!!!
