Treated like a criminal

I reserved this room for my daughter who lives in Curitiba but needed to leave the house she shares with my son because of COVID. My wife and I live in the US. There was a problem with paying with my international card, for whatever reason. Plus it was on the weekend so it took some time to try and resolve it. I've never paid for a hotel room up front, but they were insisting her to pay. It seems this was some type of bordello for locals. Who would have thought. Besides the point. So they treated my daughter poorly. The problem is my bank saw them making attempts but for no value amount. According to them they kept entering $0. It doesn't matter, staff treated my daughter poorly, like a prostitute. Asking her a bunch of personal questions that are none of their business. So, I transferred money by Western Union to her and she left prior to the end of her stay. I found another hotel slightly more expensive that wasn't a bordello and paid Hotel.com. Which I thought I did in the first place but must of clicked the wrong response. Unless you're looking for somewhere cheap to pay by the hour? Find somewhere else to stay.

Excelente.

Ótimo custo-benefício, corresponde ao valor que paguei pela diária. A estrutura do hotel é antiga, mas tudo muito limpo, o banheiro também estava bem limpo e o chuveiro tinha água quente. O café da manhã estava delicioso, muitas opções de comida e bebida. Os funcionários são muito cordiais e prestativos. Não tenho do que reclamar.

Para quem vai em família não foi tão legal, os primeiros quartos de frente pra rua são ruins , não tem mesa e nem frigobar. Os segundos quartos até são bons , mas faltava mais itens como frigobar e cadeira para escrivania. Enfim, não foi bom para minha família pois parecia em um quarto feio para pião . Esperava mais, apesar do valor ser em conta. Mas tive uma outra experiência em outro hotel pelo mesmo valor e foi incrível.

Pelo valor cobrado achei bom. O quarto é bem simples, mas gostei da cama. O café da manhã é bem gostoso. Como o hotel fica na avenida, achei que faz barulho. Uma dica (se possível ) é ter um aquecedor, pois fez muito frio de madrugada.

Ponto ideal para se hospedar.

Foi ótima, local próximo da rua 15 de novembro e de outros pontos e da avenida onde podemos usar a opção de ônibus. Pena que não pude usufruir muito devido o objetivo foi só para realizar prova. Café da manhã muito agradável com atendimento geral muito educados.

Bem ruim minha experiência. Fotos não condiziam com quarto que fiquei. Cobrança de estacionamento a parte. Roupa de cama e toalhas manchadas. Carpete grudento de sujeira. O chuveiro ficava caindo a mangueira impossibilitando um banho digno nesse frio de 10 graus. Travesseiro mais terrível que já usei. Barulheira na recepção tirando sossego de quem estava dormindo. Única coisa razoavelmente boa foi o café da manhã. Enfim não indico a ninguém.
