Great location

Great location! Hotel is clean and breakfast is very good. One thing was really a problem was communication with the hotel. I had reservations for a few days and got stranded in São Paulo where all flights were canceled and the hotel refused to give me a discount or an extra day. My not showing up on the day of reservation was completely out of my control.

Equipe do hotel ok, cortesia minima quando algo é solicitado, mas funciona bem. Quarto e banheiro limpos. Meu problema é com o cheiro das roupas de cama e banho, pois a lavanderia espirra um lysol no final e é fortissimo, ai, para quem tem rinite e sinusite como eu, dor de cabeça e espirros na certa! Café da manhã muito bom.

Excelente café da manhã, tem que está no buffer até 9 horas no máximo pois as opções de reposição vão diminuindo, excelente opções de café expresso e manual, variedades de pães e equipamentos para quem gosta de sanduíche quentes, atendimento de todos da governança, atendimento na recepção, impecável, todos muito educados e solícitos. Usei a sinalização de optar por não trocar roupa de cama e toalha, um diferencial da rede no sentido de economia de água e energia, não precisei afinal fiquei somente 3 dias. O atendimento no 0800 foi eficiência também.
