Hotel bem localizado, antigo, roupas de cama e banho limpas, quarto espaçoso, espelho grande, café da manhã Bom. Local para passar roupa disponível e gratuito. No geral achei muito bom. Preço justo. Os profissionais atenciosos e gentis. O hotel é antigo, mas tudo funciona muito bem.

Já foi bom o hotel, quando tinha gerência competente, que roubava café da manhã com os hóspedes, verificava se estava tudo ok. Já me hospedei várias vezes, mas não pretendo voltar mais, café da manhã está escasso, horrível na verdade. Nem copo de vidro tem mais. Copo plástico, suco misturado natural com artificial, leite em pó que não dilui. Os funcionários se esforçam para atender bem, mas parece que sentem até vergonha da falta de qualidade e variedade. Triste ver como caiu a qualidade. Depois de 4 anos me hospedando, agora não pretendo mais voltar.

Entrei na sexta e sai na terça. Sexta e sábado não tive o que reclamar . Super atenciosos e carismáticos, com ênfase no que ficava na porta do café da manhã e tb cuidava das bagagem . No domingo qdo trocou o pessoal , o hotel mudou . Pessoal mal humorado e até sem educação. Pedi e não foi arrumado o quarto , tive que pedir toalhas . O responsável por levar as bagagem teve a coragem de deixar as bagagens de um casal idoso na calçada, não colocando no carro e o idoso que colocou. Na segunda meu filho veio me pegar cedo e eu estava indo tomar café, aí perguntei na recepção se meu filho poderia tomar somente um cafezinho comigo ao qual fiquei surpreso com a resposta que para isto teria que pagar R$40,00 ( quarenta) . É isto que queriam cobrar por um cafezinho. O hotel é bom o problema está em alguns funcionários

Vale a pena, com ressalvas.
Pelo preço, localização e atendimento valeu. Móveis já vetustos, muito usados. O hotel já merece uma reforma. Ponto fraquíssimo: 2 elevadores velhos com capacidade para apenas 4 pessoas cada.
