Nossa experiência foi mediana, passei 16 dias hospedada, e demoraram 03 dias para trocarem nosso colchão pois estava péssimo deformado no meio, como nossa estadia era muito longa, era o mínimo eles trocarem, e assim fizeram. Outra experiência muito ruim foi descobrir que não há cortina de blackout 100%, somente uma cortina de linho, isso é absurdo para um hotel, todos os dias acordávamos cedo, com a claridade entrando, e a noite o plafon do quarto não desligava totalmente, ficava uma meia fase bem levinho, mas ficamos incomodadas. A estadia considerei mediana, pois a limpeza era boa, o colchão trocado ficou confortável, os funcionários eram bem educados, apesar da falta de agilidade nos primeiros dias, a localização é excelente, academia simples mas atende bem, e o restaurante também muito bom, a variedade e atendimento. Porém não voltarei outras vezes pelo desconforto da cortina e dos colchões que são itens essenciais para mim e minha família em qualquer hotel.
