Ruim, Fiquei por duas noites, na primeira noite no quarto 317 o banheiro com mau cheiro a maçaneta da porta quebrada o roupeiro quebrado o recepcionista indiferente com a situação não fez questão nenhuma em me dar uma explicação pois as fotos do site não condiziam com as acomodações. Já no segundo dia a recepcionista se mostrou atenciosa informando que a gerente iria ficar a par do situação no meu retorno a gerente estava a minha espera e substituiu o quarto, este esta com odor e aspecto agradável.

Ppersonale gentile, ma è l'unica nota positiva. Camera davvero piccola per 3, entrando non si riusciva a passare con la valigia tra letto e armadio. Mobili vecchi e rotti. Doccia elettrica (ok, per questo nessun problema), ma non scaldava, acqua fredda, al massimo tiepida che a luglio in Brasile è un problema. La seconda mattina addirittura alle 7 la signora delle pulizie ha tentato più volte di entrare in camera. Sicuramente si è sbagliata, ma ci ha comunque svegliato tutti. A questo prezzo la camera che abbiano avuto è davvero troppo.

Hotel honesto e com bom custo- benefício.

Hotel honesto, com bom custo benefício, bom café da manhã,funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos (tanto de dia como à noite). Por ser um hotel antigo e com uma proposta econômica, não há luxo, mas o básico oferecido nos atendeu muito bem.

Foi boa, recepção estão de parabéns, são simpáticos e rápidos nos atendimentos, o ambiente é simples mais aconchegante, cama confortável, o quarto é banheiro estavam limpos, o café da manhã simples, porém, muito gostoso, a equipe do café da manhã está de parabéns. Gostaria da maioria das coisas, só achei mesmo que a qualidade das cortinas blackouts estavam todas rasgadas ou dobradas que não serviram muito para bloquear a luz que vinha de fora, afinal era um quarto com três janelas. Mais do resto foi tudo muito bom a experiência.
