Good experience

This hotel was good for what I needed. Nothing special but it was clean and comfortable. The pool and "gym" are not really usable. If you have kids, they would probably enjoy the pool. The breakfast was good and the location iw good. Close to the bus station and a short walk to the mall, Shopping Estação. Overall it was a good experience. I recommend this hotel. Book the hotel from an App like Hotels.com or Expedia for a much better price.

Good stay.

Be aware that there is an additional charge for service upon ending your stay. Otherwise the hotel is fine. Convenient to the main bus terminal.

Hotel bom, não mais que isso

O hotel é bom para pernoitar, mas não aconselho para ficar muitos dias. Um ponto positivo foi o atendimento do Valmir, profissional que ajuda na garagem e leva as malas. Extremamente simpático e atencioso. Os pontos de melhoria que identifiquei são o chuveiro pequeno. Somente disponível cobertores pesados, gostaria que tivesse algo mais leve para dormir em dias não tão frios. A água servida no café da manhã estava com um cheiro estranho, acabei comprando água mineral.

Hotel com boa localização. Porem o primeiro quarto que nos foi oferecido tinha parede descascando a pintura, interfone quebrado, tomada da parede quebrada, ar condicionado muito antigo, nem controle tinha. Nos trocaram de imediato por um novo quarto no qual estava tudo ok. Ar Condicionado mais novo e sem problemas. Bom café da manhã. Apenas lamento não ter pelo menos um bebedouro de água no hotel inteiro

Bom hotel

Hotel bem localizado, limpo e com cafe da manhã bem servido. Cama e chuveiros bons. Estacionamento pago a parte. Unica coisa que poderia melhorar é um dos funcionários da recepção que parecia não gostar de dar explicações quando chegamos, diferentes dos recepcionistas da noite que foram muito educados e gentis.
