The property is in need of renovation. There is mold on the windows, the bed Is very uncomfortable the carpets in the hallways are dirty the rooms are old and not nice. I would not recommend this place.

The room it’s nothing like it shows in the photos. Not clean, very bad mattress, old towels, horrible breakfast. The lobby had strong smell coming from sewer... after comment with front desk, the person told she couldn’t smell anything wrong... On my second day, I left early, came back after 3pm and the room was still not clean, bed still messy and not clean towels... very dissatisfying

Ótima localização para o nosso propósito (show no Estádio Couto Pereira), conseguimos ir e voltar a pé, além de terem muitos comércios e restaurantes próximos também. O processo de check in achei um pouco demorado, entendo que estavam com a capacidade máxima e por isso não conseguiram antecipar, mas no momento que abriu o check in se formou uma fila e o atendimento estava bem demorado. As acomodações são confortáveis, nada muito novo, mas atende bem.
