Pior hotel que já fui na minha vida! Escolhi pelo preço, arrependimento total! Os recepcionistas do sábado de manhã são muito ignorantes. A moça simplesmente me disse que minha filha por ter só 3 anos e não ser pagante não tinha direito à cama extra ou berço! Eu fiz a reserva incluindo a criança!!! O outro recepcionista mal educado ainda foi comentar com ela sobre minha profissão que ele deve ter visto na minha ficha e disse que todos os jornalistas são metidos!!! Mas eu estava no corredor e ouvi o comentário!!! Que padrão de atendimento para um hotel. Depois que eu entrei vi o quarto! Que terrível! Velho, todo manchado, cama torta, desnivelada. Tv com controle remoto quebrado! Café da manhã bem simples (até aí tudo bem pelo valor).

Do not stay here!! This was by far my worst hotel experience. I booked a room with either one double bed or two twin beds, but the room only had a single bed. I complained immediately, but was told the hotel was fully booked, so I couldnt change rooms (which was a lie, because I reserved a room online, to check availability). Everytime I would speak to staff, they would have a different answer. I was finally told to call customer service, but the waiting time was so long that I never got throught to someone. The room felt as if it had been abandoned, there were no decorations, the heating didnt work and it was very cold. The bathroom would flood every single time I showered. I will never be staying here again and will tell my friends and family to avoid this place.

Minha quarta vez hospedado no hotel. A localização é excelente, perto de tudo. Quartos amplos e limpos, cama gigante e banheiro com ducha maravillosa. O hotel precisa de um pouco de manutenção, porém, pelo valor pago, é excelente. Café da manhã, não tem muita variedade, mas atende bem, tudo bem feito. Gostaria de deixar minha insatisfação com os novos quartos do andar CO. Os quartos são extremamente pequenos e parecem ser instalações provisórias, faltando acabamento nas portas, piso e mobiliário. Um casal de amigos, que confiou na minha recomendação, foi alocado num desses quartos e nem conseguiram dormir. Porém, no dia seguinte fizemos uma reclamação na recepção e fizeram a troca para um quarto normal

Não gostei! Manchas escuras nas paredes do quarto, lençóis sujos, é apenas uma colcha fina para o frio. Café da manhã, extremamente simples e superlotado. Pedi um quarto com cama de casal me colocaram em um com camas se solteiro.
