Uma grata surpresa super perto do shopping estação e melhor custo beneficio da região. Cama super confortável, chuveiro excelente e o cafe da manha delicioso. O atendimento da recepção tbm merece destaque. Mesmo tendo chegado no mesmo instante que um grupo grande, foram gentis e atenciosos com todos.

Briga de torcida e quarto confortável
Estadia boa, funcionários foram atenciosos e gentis. Ocorreu um briga de torcida em frente ao hotel. Claro que não tem como influenciar nisso mas foi um grande susto nosso quarto fica quase em cima da rua. Minha dica é um quarto com vista para os fundo, bem menos barulho. Principal ponto negativo, barulho da rua e a porta do quarto não veda nada de som dava pra ouvir todos no corredor o tempo inteiro A cama é muito confortável

Estadia foi muito boa, porém houve um problema em relação a reserva, onde foi cobrado uma taxa extra pelo estacionamento, o qual não foi informado essa cobrança no ato do fechamento da reserva pelo aplicativo. Essa situação foi inconveniente e causou um certe estresse. A Hotels deveria rever essa questão, pois não é justo essa cobrança.
