Infelizmente precárias as condições de infraestrutura, vazamentos do banheiro, ar condicionado com problema, quarto sujo, cheiro forte e infelizmente em uma estadia de 4 noites precisamos mudar 4 vezes de quarto e nenhum estava bom. Sem contar a falta de respeito que um dos funcionários teve conosco sendo grosseiro e mal educado. Péssima experiência, não indico.

Ótimo hotel mas atendimento muito rigoroso

Reservei uma diária no SJ, pelo Hotels, um quarto com cama de casal, conforme se apresentou na foto. Mas quando cheguei (2-3 horas antes do check in), fui informado que eu tinha reservado um quarto com duas camas de solteiro. E se eu quisesse entrar no quarto antecipadamente, deveria pagar meia diária. Já ficamos hospedados em vários hotéis distintos no centro de Curitiba e em todas essas ocasiões nos permitiram entrar no quarto até 2 horas antes do check in, pois nosso evento começa sempre às 13h. Achei muito rigoroso da parte do SJ. Excelente hotel, mas não gostei do atendimento. E o site Hotels precisa rever o sistema, pois estou certo que eu tinha reservado quarto para casal, não com duas camas de solteiro.
