We stayed here one night. The room was clean but unfortunately the lift was broken so carrying our heavy suitcases up the many flights of stairs were tiresome, but not a huge deal. There was clean and accessible drinking water near the room. The town was cute and had a lot of shopping options, though more popular retail than I would have liked. The nightlife was fun too! However, I misunderstood just how loud it would be and where the room was located. If you’re looking to stay out and party with a room close by, this is it!

Good, not great. Staff was friendly. No air conditioning and it was very hot; we opened the windows but that added unwanted noises. Long night.

A great stay! The rooms were great, the service too! We did a daytip to Jerpoint prior to arrival and to Ardmore the next day. Everything was perfect

A very convenient place to stay, loads of parking. The room was good, quiet too. The food was fine for dinner, and the breakfast was full. My only gripe was the cheap toilet paper.

Stayed for one night in the family room with my two children. The room was spacious, even with a double bed and two singles. The en suite was spotless. There were plenty of spare toilet rolls, as well as shower gel and handsoap. The room also had tea and coffee making facilities, a bottle of drinking water, and a lovely touch of a little selection of fudge sweets. There was a safe and hairdryer in the wardrobe. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. It was lovely and quiet throughout the night. No disturbances at all. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice: cereal, fruit yoghurt, homemade brown bread, porridge, local honey, as well as the cooked options of bacon, sausage, egg (any way you like), tomato, mushroom, beans and toast. The fresh coffee was delicious. The staff were excellent. On hand if you needed anything, but also left you to your own devices, which I appreciated. All in all, I would say hotel standard and I will definitely stay again.

So disappointed pool not in operation no where on sites we were on did it say anything about pool being unusable. We booked the hotel specifically because it had a pool. The price was expensive for there being no pool facilities available.
