This is our new favorite hotel in the entire country! Five star all the way, the best staff I’ve experienced anywhere, attention to every detail and thorough anticipation of the guests every need. The views alone make the stay unmatched but when you combine the five star dining, service and overall vibe of this immaculate property the Casa Chameleon experience is exceptional and will be very hard for other hotels to match.

The property is just as described. There is plenty of space, 3 bathrooms and washer and dryer. It looks exactly like the pictures. It was not dirty but the pool did need to be cleaned and our water feature did not work. The location is excellent but you will need a golf cart to get around unless you don’t mind walking 15 minutes to get to town. The beach club is close in golf cart but walking can take 25 minutes. Insects and small lizards do get inside. The value is worth it compared to the hotels in Tamarindo and everything is new in this villa.

Best hotel stay ever..

I liked that it was a family oriented environment great place to take your kids. It wasn’t loud and crazy. It was peaceful. The staff were really friendly and kind. The food was good for an all inclusive resort. I could appreciate the quality of service they try to provide for their guests. From the food that is cooked and to all the staff. You can tell they truly care in providing the best experience for their guests.

Even after speaking with the every level of management my stay was ruined due to the entry to my room was never secure. I was told upon checkin the door was broken and being repaired. The door was never repaired and anyone could push my door and gain entry. I wrote a lengthy email with no response. Whenever the hotel staff entered my room to clean, refill the fridge or turn down for the evening my door was left unsecured. One of the staff members opened my room safe while we were out and left a note that I left my safe open… The food at the resort was mediocre at best, The hotel staff was not attentive to our concerns or requests. The star class service is overrated and not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Costa Rica.
