I loved my stay at Atoq San Blas. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and less than 15 minute walk to the main Plaza. The staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. The breakfast selection was small but with plenty of options for everyone. The lobby had unlimited coca tea which is great for altitude sickness. Be prepared to walk a lot of steep steps to get to the hotel from the plaza. It's tough because of the high altitude but it’s a good work out. The rooms are spacious and views from the hotel are wonderful.

Lovely San Blas Hotel

I stayed at Atoq San Blas during the last portion of my trip. It was my favorite of the two Cusco hotels. We stayed in the family room and it was nice to have separate rooms and bathrooms, plus a small sitting area. The rooms were great and the staff was lovely. They even provided a breakfast box to go before we left at 3am for our hike. The view from the hotel was great. It's on a high street so definitely consider that as some taxis/tours may ask you to meet down the street or San Blas Square. There is some noise from the main doorbell when it rings and normal noise from outside but we didn't mind. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The hospitality was excellent and the breakfast was amazing. Quaint, polite and professional and welcomed us by name. They were very accommodating with keeping our bags and arranging transportation for us. They anticipated our needs and had solutions ready for their guests. Staff was available 24 hours a day. We highly recommend this property for an enjoyable stay in Cusco.

The thing that stood out the most to our visit was the fact that the staff was amazing. All staff, including front desk and cooks were always immediately available to help and very kind. Well, the property is very simple. It's very comfortable and showers are amazing and hot.

In the frenetic pace of Cusco is his wonderful tranquil oasis of a hotel. Nestled inconspicuously among cobbled streets it is close to great restaurants and shopping. The staff go above and beyond in the way of customer service, their kindness and willingness to help is totally authentic and they make you feel like family,. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the beds and pillows are comfortable and the breakfast was so delicious! Breakfast was available from 6am and they packed us a breakfast box when we left early for a day trip. The back of the hotel opens to a wonderful view of the city and offers seating to enjoy quiet time or breakfast with this panoramic view. I had two massages during my time at Atoq and both were really good. This hotel is a real gem at this price point. A big thank you to all the Atoq staff for making our stay so lovely!

Beautiful boutique hotel

Atoq San Blas is a lovely boutique hotel in a quiet area. It's close to Cusco Plaza andSan Blas Square so there are lots of dining and shopping options. The staff us lovely and accomodating. Everyone was very kind. Breakfast was amazing.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The bedroom was incredible, with a comfortable bed that made me feel right at home. The food was delicious, and we also thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing massage they offered. After a long day of exploring, the service was truly exceptional. However, I must mention an issue I encountered during the night. I woke up feeling unwell and struggling to breathe due to the altitude. Fortunately, a kind gentleman from the front desk came to my aid. I wish I had remembered his name so I could express my gratitude and perhaps even leave a tip. He provided me with oxygen for almost an hour, offered me eucalyptus, and ensured that I felt much better before I headed to my room. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would give it a perfect 10 out of 10.

Nice hotel - friendly staff. Located on the top of a hill. Very steep uphill walk from village square. For people with medical issues or people who face altitude sickness, not a good location.

The staff helpfulness makes this property standout. They really go above and beyond to help their guests. The hotel does have a goo hike/steps to get to but in exchange you have a beautiful view of Cusco and are clise to some tour sites.
