This is a beautiful, clean and cozy hotel in a great location of Cusco. The service was wonderful and their breakfast was so delicious! Would highly recommend!

Hotel is manage by a Peruvian family,they were very helpful and kind.During our early morning tours in Cusco and Macchu Picchu they always give us food to take with us. Hot breakfast is offered every day. I highly recommend the place.

Property is run by a family. Mom, dad, and son. They’re all very attentive and polite. Property is very clean and safe. Mom prepared me Coca tea as soon as I arrived. I had to leave early for an excursion and wasn’t going to be able to eat breakfast. They prepared me a to go bag with a sandwich, fruit, snacks, juice, and water. 10/10 service. Would stay here again.

Casa Cruz Verse has a wonderful location, about 3 blocks from Plaza de Armas. Amazing value for money - newly opened after extensive renovation; family owned with very helpful service; well appointed, comfortable rooms; fantastic breakfast made by the owner. We would come back in a flash.

The owners were fantastic!!! They went above and beyond with the small personal touches, and the big ones like, breakfast made to order in the property and helping arrange other tours with the local agency they even got up early and waited a 4am with packed breakfast bags for our early tour days 3 days in the row, we arranged airport pick up, and even though our flight was delayed by 5 hrs, we had pickup with no problem, I would absolutely recommend this place.

The stay here was perfect!! The family is so welcoming and kind. Perfect location, to walk to so many attractions and restaurants. The hotel is very clean! There was always a family member(with a smile) at the desk to assist with any of our questions. It was wonderful to start the day with such a tasty breakfast, we miss it now we are home, The morning we had to start our day at 3:30am a boxed breakfast to go was prepared for us. I must say for the 11 days we stayed in Cusco we are so happy we picked Casa Cruz. !! We wish the family only the very best!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how convenient the location was—perfectly situated near key attractions and local restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, which immediately put me at ease. My room was tidy and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. Wow! There was an impressive spread of delicious options that catered to all tastes—definitely the best way to start the day! What truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional staff. They were consistently friendly and courteous, always ready with a smile and eager to help. They offered fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, which made my dining experiences even more enjoyable. In addition, the hotel provides the option to book tours at fair prices, which is a huge plus for anyone looking to explore the area without the hassle of planning. I also had a minor emergency when I needed my clothes dry cleaned, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring everything was taken care of. I do have to say I was a little disappointed when I first saw the property. The rooms are a little small, and it feels more like a B&B, but I quickly got over the disappointment. The staff was super friendly, very cordial, and very helpful. They gave us a lot of tips on how to survive the altitude, guided us through the city, and provided us with a lot of important advice for our trip. We also left early because our tour was picking us up at 6:30 a.m., and they prepared us a bag to go with lots of snacks and water, which were extremely helpful throughout our tour and even on our train ride to Machu Pichu. I will definitely recommend Casa Cruz Verde.

After trying 4 different locations, this is clearly the best hotel ive stayed. Johan and Jose (actually, whole family and staff) were just amazing and the location was very good. Would love to visit again whenever im back in Cusco.
