If you are looking for a place to stay in Cusco look no further. This hotel offers you a great stay with very friendly and trusting staff. Graciela, went above and beyond to make our stay great. The breakfast buffet is delicious. This place is at a walking distance to Plaza de Armas and a little hidden enough to offer a quiet night sleep. There is live music every night and a great variety of dinner options in their restaurant.

Excellent Hotel at Cusco
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The front desk rep Graziela was phenomenal and made us feel like family. The restaurant staff were also phenomenal and made us feel at home. Excellent hotel location close to one of the main mercados for all food and gift buying you will ever need so we will definitely stay there again.

It would have been a great little hotel if you could get some sleep! The rooms are around the courtyard so you hear everything that's going on. The walls are paper-thin too so you hear your neighbours. Trying to have a nap in the afternoon and staff were outside the room talking loudly. Wanting to relax in the evening but the live band is blasting. We had a very early flight the day we left. I couldn't get to sleep because of the band, then you could hear the music from the nightclubs, then guests going to their rooms late woke us, then our neighbour woke us in the early hours. I'm going home for a rest! Otherwise the hotel is good. Great location, friendly staff, shower was awesome.

We loved staying here, the open air courtyard was fantastic, it was easy for us to walk to the historical area and to catch a cab if we needed one. The staff were awesome, very friendly, super helpful! We loved the ambience of the hotel! There are times when it is a little noisy, but easily fixed with ear plugs. We wanted an experience that was Cusco, not the everyday "brand name" that we could have in the US. We would come back and stay here again. Thank you Union hotel Cusco for some a fun and memorable stay!
