The hotel is right in the heart of Cusco's old town, which made it super convenient and safe to walk around, even at night. It was also a great location for meeting up with our tour guides. That said, the hotel is exposed to a lot of noise, like car honks and street performers right outside. The breakfast was nice, and I really enjoyed having coffee on the balcony with a view of the town. The only downside was during check-in. I asked to use the bathroom a few times (just to wash my hands and use the restroom), but the front desk kept asking me to finish the paperwork first. It was a small thing, but it left a bad impression, and I’ll probably choose a different hotel next time.

The property and the staff were very good. Our only disappointment was the breakfast buffet options…not a lot of options and the food does not get refilled right away.

Room was big, clean, had nice shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. The only complaint about room is that it was hot and stuffy. The staff was responsive and provided us a fan. The view from the roof top is beautiful. The restaurant has nice balcony seating with a view of the Plaza de Armas!! Perfect!! I didn’t find it loud, as I’ve read in other reviews, but could be because we had a room with no windows. Still found the hotel quiet inside, but I would expect noise as the hotel is situated in a corner where there is a lot of traffic. Overall. Great hotel in a great central location :)

great hotel with very good service. the location is perfect. Very good breakfast buffet with a balcony overlooking the plaza de armas. Note, the rooms do not have an iron but they do provide ironing.

The hotel was nice right in the corner of the plaza close to shopping and dining and the train. The downside is that it’s loud you hear honking all night long, the plaza doesn’t sleep they party all night long, music all night you get no sleep. The hotel has no AC nor ceiling fan it was hot and can’t leave windows open or the mosquitos eat you up.

Great hotel if you want to be in the heart of Cusco. Really friendly staff. A bit of a warning, plaza facing rooms are indeed loud if you are a light sleeper. If you get an inside room it’s very nice. Some rooms have refrigerators some don’t. No coffee maker in rooms but plenty of coffee on the 2nd floor. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
