The hotel is right in the heart of Cusco's old town, which made it super convenient and safe to walk around, even at night. It was also a great location for meeting up with our tour guides. That said, the hotel is exposed to a lot of noise, like car honks and street performers right outside.
The breakfast was nice, and I really enjoyed having coffee on the balcony with a view of the town.
The only downside was during check-in. I asked to use the bathroom a few times (just to wash my hands and use the restroom), but the front desk kept asking me to finish the paperwork first. It was a small thing, but it left a bad impression, and I’ll probably choose a different hotel next time.
