Fantastic location, beautiful property!

This is one of my top hotel stays ever! The place is BEAUTIFUL. The location is amazing, very central, yet it was quiet and peaceful. They have filtered water on tap, allowing you to avoid buying so many plastic water bottles. The breakfast is excellent with a buffet and made to order eggs each morning. I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else in Cusco if I come back in the future!

Feels Like Home – 10/10 Stay at Rumi Punku We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Rumi Punku in Cusco. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The atmosphere is warm and homely—exactly what we needed before and after hiking the Inca Trail. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with charming details throughout and a beautiful blend of traditional architecture and modern comfort. Our room was cozy, quiet, and the HOT showers, shampoo, conditinner and bodywash were a dream after days of trekking. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the location is PERFECT —just a short walk to the historic center, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Cusco. It truly felt like a home away from home. 10/10.

This property was beautiful, with so many colonial touches...lots of character. There were quiet patios and an upper lounge area that was nice to relax in at days end. I really liked the proximity to so many points of interest eg. Cathedral, San Blas and yet on a lovely quiet street, which was also well served with markets, pharmacy, vendors. The staff were very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel, esp rooms away from the main entrance and dining area which can be a bit noisy. Breakfast was nice and served early, which was ideal for early morning hikes. Just as a note, some grab and go fruit would have been nice.

This hotel was such a lovely and cozy place, very courteous staff. The breakfast area is so nice the breakfast was good. A short walk to the main plaza and cathedrals. Very nice hotel extremely clean.

This was one of our favorite stays on this adventure. The room had just about everything. Breakfast was wonderful. Every staff member, except for the grumpier older man at the front desk, was wonderful. It was in walking distance of everything, but far enough to be quiet. There were small convenience stores right on the block. We would definitely stay here again.

My experience was excellent, bordering on perfection. The hotel delivered a near five-star experience, with most aspects deserving full marks, although there were minor areas for improvement. Positives: • Ambiance and Aesthetics: The hotel exudes elegance, with its beautifully designed interiors and welcoming atmosphere. • Amenities: The facilities were top-notch, including the fitness center, pool, and dining options, all exceeding my expectations. Areas for Improvement: • Service Quality: While the staff were polite, service occasionally fell short of the five-star standard in terms of responsiveness and attention to detail. • Room Conditions: The rooms were comfortable but could use a bit more upkeep to align with the otherwise high standards of the hotel. In summary, Hotel Rumi Pinki offers an enjoyable stay, and with slight enhancements in service and room conditions, it would undoubtedly achieve a flawless five-star rating. I look forward to visiting again!

Overall great stay. The only feedback is that the breakfast (hot food) option is very limited and only gets topped up twice. We went for breakfast around 8:30am and 8am noting that breakfast time is advertised until 10am), and missed out on the hot food both days.

Nice hotel in quiet part of the city

Service here is excellent with staff who speak excellent English do everything possible to help you. The hotel is not fancy but the public areas are like a garden. Breakfast is quite basic but adequate. Overall it’s an excellent place to stay but don’t expect lots of frills.
