The hotel furniture is brand new, and the jacuzzi is absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the walls are extremely thin — you can hear everything, both from outside and inside the hotel. It’s very difficult to sleep, so I strongly recommend bringing earplugs.
Also, when you book the hotel, you’ll receive a message about transportation services and tours that the hotel can arrange for you. Just a heads-up: that never actually happens. Communication between the hotel staff and guests, especially if you’re booking from outside Peru, is very poor.
