Excellent hotel in the city center

This is a beautiful hotel with comfortable beds, great food and fair prices. The staff is incredible. We loved our 5 night stay here. We loved being in town as the location is excellent too.

Beautiful hotel located next to Cusco's historic city center. The location is perfect — lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff were attentive. Room was clean but had a slight stale smell.

This hotel is not worth the price we paid. It did not look like the pictures. we had a window that looked into the hallway so we kept the blinds closed the whole time. it was all the way back in the building. breakfast and staff were nice but would not stay here again.

Great location and pleasant staff. Breakfast buffet has lots of selections ranging from detox juices through quiche, waffles, fresh fruit, bacon, house made bake goods and lots of other sources of protein. We used laundry service and couldn’t be more pleased.

I arrived and looked after by Melvin for check-in. He was very helpful, explaining the area, the hotel, and answered some of my questions. The hotel is right behind the Plaza de Armas. The area is safe at all hours. The hotel has a good breakfast for long hours. I got a boxed breakfast the last day as I was going to Machu PIcchu. The courtyard is beautiful and charming; in the evening they set up fire heaters so you can enjoy the night with a drink. i highly recommend it.

A great hotel great location

It is a unique hotel, it is not equivalent to a four star hotel in US, but the hotel was great. Good location. In spite of the restaurant in the middle, the noise was not bothering us. Breakfast was good and staff were great. I will give a special kudos to front desk and bell services for the way they greeted, took care of things when we checked in and checked out.

Very convenient location for sightseeing. All major tourist sights are within 10 -15 minutes walk. Very close to Cathedral and main square, however, inside of the hotel is so quiet and calm. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel has a great court yard to relax. I’ll stay again if I stay in Cusco!
