We as a family had a nice stay in this hotel since it was in a convenient area with the plaza de Armas only a short away.The staff were very friendly welcoming us every day and were willing to help us .They are also very generous offering us packed food to take to trips.I recommend staying in La Hacienda Centro Historico because of its overall atmosphere ,convenience and staff.

We share a room with 4 girls. Room service wasn’t that great. My hamburger was raw. The front desk did take it off my bill. Thank you. They day we went to rainbow mountain the hotel made Togo lunches for us. Perfect for the long hike & car ride

El servicio fue excelente a todo momento, el desayuno muy bueno y fresco todos las mañanas y los empleados agradables y muy atentos a todo momento. This wasn’t my favorite place to stay. Rooms do not have a window facing outside. Rather, there is a window that faces an indoor courtyard which overlooks the restaurant and bar. Because people walking by can easily see into your room, you need to keep the shades closed which makes the small rooms very dark and uninviting. Finally, the noise from the kitchen starts at 5am and the bar until late at night. The rooms are very noisy the majority of the day and it is hard to get decent sleep.

Great location. Rooms were overall good for family. Good breakfast. Staff was helpful. Used laundry services as well It was pricey compared to outside but they had it ready in 3 hours and clothes were handled well.
