Excelente hotel.

El servicio fue excelente a todo momento, el desayuno muy bueno y fresco todos las mañanas y los empleados agradables y muy atentos a todo momento. El señor Ebiart en el restaurante súper atento todo el tiempo y asegurándose que no nos faltará nada a todo momento. El hotel en buena ubicación también.

This wasn’t my favorite place to stay. Rooms do not have a window facing outside. Rather, there is a window that faces an indoor courtyard which overlooks the restaurant and bar. Because people walking by can easily see into your room, you need to keep the shades closed which makes the small rooms very dark and uninviting. Finally, the noise from the kitchen starts at 5am and the bar until late at night. The rooms are very noisy the majority of the day and it is hard to get decent sleep.

Great location. Rooms were overall good for family. Good breakfast. Staff was helpful. Used laundry services as well It was pricey compared to outside but they had it ready in 3 hours and clothes were handled well.

Really well positioned in the fantastic city of Cusco - you have to remember in Cusco everyone there is travelling or going on trips from the early hours so can quite noisy

The hotel was lovely, close to the action, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This is a great place to adjust to the altitude and use as a base to explore Cusco.

The location was convenient, just a short walk down to the main plaza. It was very easy to catch an Uber from the hotel, taking only 1-3 minutes on average. The hotel was clean, and had some nice extras such as coca tea and oxygen in the lobby to help with altitude sickness, as well as a filtered water machine for refilling your water bottle. The staff was all very friendly. The downsides, our room on the second floor was near the front desk which was quite noisy at night, not quieting down until around 1 AM on our first night there, which was a Saturday. There is also a restaurant just one floor below with an open terrace of seating, which also creates a lot of noise for those staying on the second floor. Additionally, I found the breakfast to be fairly limited and not very tasty. Overall, a decent place to stay, especially for the price. The main drawback for me was the noise but enjoyed my stay overall. I think a room on the third floor could be quieter.

The hotel overall is alright, but the room we got looked like an add on on a hallway. It was kind of noisy and didn’t have air conditioning.
