The hotel was lovely, close to the action, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This is a great place to adjust to the altitude and use as a base to explore Cusco.

The location was convenient, just a short walk down to the main plaza. It was very easy to catch an Uber from the hotel, taking only 1-3 minutes on average. The hotel was clean, and had some nice extras such as coca tea and oxygen in the lobby to help with altitude sickness, as well as a filtered water machine for refilling your water bottle. The staff was all very friendly. The downsides, our room on the second floor was near the front desk which was quite noisy at night, not quieting down until around 1 AM on our first night there, which was a Saturday. There is also a restaurant just one floor below with an open terrace of seating, which also creates a lot of noise for those staying on the second floor. Additionally, I found the breakfast to be fairly limited and not very tasty. Overall, a decent place to stay, especially for the price. The main drawback for me was the noise but enjoyed my stay overall. I think a room on the third floor could be quieter.

The property itself was nice. The pillows were uncomfortable and flat on both beds. My pen dripped some ink and i was charged $52 American dollars for 1 flat sheet. That was a rip off i pay less for a set with pillow cases.

The place was exactly what I had hoped it to be, affordable while providing a safe, cozy corner to stay at. The staff was amazing!!!! Rooms had no windows but it felt safe and clean! Staff was so helpful place was super cute! About a 10 min walk to the main plaza but a 5 min walk to San Pedro train station which we had to be there at 6 am. Would recommend and use again

The property is an old villa converted into a nice boutique hotel. Rooms are well provided with good bathrooms. The restaurant setting is also beautiful. Only negative is that they don’t provide any drinking water with the room.

Beautiful motel with wonderful staff. The breakfast was a big hit with my family. Downside is that it is not close to the historical area as I was told and it is a long steep hike back to the hotel from the square. The streets are very narrow and lots of traffic so hold on to little ones. The entire town is dirty and noisy so you can't escape that but I would definitely recommend this property for your stay.
