Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and restaurant were great. Management has clearly put a lot of care and attention into the rooms, which are comfortable and well appointed. However, as others have pointed out, the noise from the street is really loud. The windows barely mask the sound and are in need up updating/soundproofing. Would love to return for the great service, but will opt for a quieter spot next time I'm in Cusco.

It was a nice stay room nice bigger bathroom area than other hotels we stayed at which was nice….liked the dining right in hotel because it seems a bit away from center and other places to dine at . Staff was nice as well.

This hotel is a little walk to the historical center but not too bad. The altitude is something you need to watch and many people get the headache and low oxygen saturation levels so you need to take it easy Day 1 and let your body acclimate. The staff was extremely kind and professional. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel - wonderful staff!

The staff went out of their way especially storing our luggage. They were incredibly friendly. The family room fit our family comfortably. The hotel was beautiful - we only stayed one night but would definitely come back on our next visit. It was a five minute walk to San Pedro market and 10 to the main square.

Room was spacious. But there is a disco close by and it was noisy through late night. The hair dryer wouldn't work, sink would not give hot water and the heater in the room didn't work either. Very bad experience Good thing is it is close to the plaza and is in a safe location

The hotel was exactly as described, and the room was beautiful. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was born on the best I had in Cusco. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you have an extended stay or are acclimating to the higher altitude.
