This is an amazing find in Cusco! Close to everything (safe and walkable to city centre, restaurants and museums) and even next to the artisan marketplace. The breakfast is probably one of the best I have seen with so many options - classic omelettes to Peruvian cuisine. The shuttle from/to the airport was wonderfully convenient. And if you go on an O/N excursion to Machu Picchu, they are happy to store your luggage safely and secure. Couldn't ask for a better option in Cusco!

Because of the high altitude, we had to seek help in the middle of the night.The staff were very helpful. The only issue that we had was they were supposed to pick us up at the airport but they did not show up until I called. I had to wait for 30 minutes.

The hotel and staff were absolutely amazing. It's a great place to base yourself out of if you want to see the surrounding attractions. The surrounding area, though, isn't very nice and you have very aggressive street vendors who will follow and harass you until you buy something. There was a planned strike the day I was leaving and the hotel was kind enough to provide transport to the airport. We did have to leave very early (before the strike) because it wouldn't be safe to go when the strike was set to begin.

My wife and I stayed at the Sonesta Hotel for four nights in November 2024. We absolutely loved this hotel, and not just because we were upgraded from our executive double room. The rooms are huge, very modern, clean and well-appointed. The only thing that outshines the hotel is the staff; they were all very, very friendly, helpful and responsive. The breakfast was also wonderful, with plenty of international and local choices made from fresh ingredients. The hotel is also well located in Cusco. All-in-all, one of the best hotels we have stayed in for a very long time.

The hotel was clean, convenient for our stay the staff was excellent and the breakfast was very good. Transportation to and from the airport was easy. The only issue we had was that the room was too warm for comfort sleeping and turning down the thermostat had no impact apart from a loud fan. When we returned to the hotel after our trek our second room did not have this issue
