We stayed in this property again after our overnight trip to Machu Picchu. Our bags were waiting in the room when we arrived which was very nice of the staff to do as we were very tired. The restaurant in the hotel was so convenient for us as we didn’t have energy to go out. We had an early flight, lucky breakfast opens at 6am. Thank you Tambo del Arriero Hotel Boutique.

The property had a nice courtyard where you can have complementary tea and coffee. It’s located in a single lane street so drop offs and pickups have to be quick. It’s a 10 minute walk to Plaza de Armas. Breakfast has hot and cold options, they cook the eggs and make your coffee to your liking. The bed was comfortable. The staff were nice and they kept our bags while we go overnight to Machu Picchu.

There was no hot water early morning & no one at the reception to talk about it. WiFi was not great. 10 min walk to the main square & lot of laundry options around.

Nice Charming Hotel in Cusco

My son and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service is personalized from the initial check in process to the restaurant and the extra length the staff goes to satisfy guests. My son became ill during our time in Cusco and Carol (from desk) contacted a local doctor that was able to provide much needed attention. Miguel at the restaurant went the extra mile to ensure my son was able to order bland foods such as soups, chicken, white rice that were easily digested. Ramiro (from desk) also stood out for his service and help with storing our luggage when we were away on the Inca Trail. Overall the staff was very attentive to our needs and our stay was very enjoyable.

Great placet o stay.

Great environment, clean, very attentive they even sent me a mini cake for my birthday. They kept my luggage while I was away in the inca trail for free and secured. I would definitely stay there again !!

This was a great hotel me and my family were able to enjoy our stay, they also provide oxygen masks for anyone who needs it, and the service is amazing. The breakfast was delicious and the staff friendly. Highly recommend this place it was very adorable and comforting.

We stayed here for 3 nights before doing the Inca trail. The staff were courteous and let us check in early. They provided us with breakfast to go and stored our bags while we were hiking the Inca trail. It happened to be my birthday on the last day and the staff brought a special chocolate dessert to my room. When we returned, our bags were already moved to our new room. The restaurant onsite serves delicious breakfast and we also had dinner once which was amazing. The hotel is centrally located and it’s easy to walk to Plaza de Armas and many restaurants from there.
