As long as the bed and pillows are comfortable, the parking is easy and safe, there’s no bugs in the hotel…. We’re very happy.

The room was clean, staff friendly, good location. My only complaints are: the smoke detector in the hallway constantly chirped because of low batteries and the exhaust fan in our room's bathroom was horrendously noisy and sounded like it was on its last leg.

The Econo Lodge Custer was very clean. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. It's the perfect location to enjoy the Black Hills too!

They could do a better job with breakfast offerings. Basically only had hard boiled eggs, cold cereal and fruit. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy or even a waffle maker would get what is a long day on a motorcycle off to a good start.

The staff are so friendly! Ocean especially was wonderful and helpful with helping us check in and being sure our stay was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend if you’re visiting Custer!
