Bathroom was a nightmare

The check in experience was fantastic and they drove us to our cabin. Our stay was marred by a subpar bathroom experience. The shower leaked everywhere. The shower stand was wobbly. Yet when I had hotel staff check they made it seem as if this was an issue but they didn't fix. So we had to deal with a sopping wet floor the entire time. Very unpleasant. The picture doesn't quite capture the issue.

Was walked 2 days before arrival

Due to an event at the resort, they took our 2-month booking and gave it to the event's organizer. They let us know that they moved us to a different hotel in the central of city 10km away and let us know 2 days before our arrival.
