I had the pleasure of meeting With Ivy and Jay on our arrival .They are both amazing!!! All the staff from maintenance to servers, reception desk and the doorman were very friendly and helpful . The breakfast buffet was so good with lots of choices to choose from -soup and egg station where it was cooked to your request. There were also selections of cakes breads local fruits and many more . Thank you to the team at FIVETEL BOUTIQUE HOTEL DA NANG ! Will be back on our next trip ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was large, very clean and had a nice view of the Dragon Bridge. We had the breakfast buffet each morning and the selection of food was plentiful. All of the employees were very friendly and engaging. A big thank you to Cindy for all of her assistance in making our stay in Da Nang a memorable one.

It is my third time staying at this hotel and I will definitely come back on my next visit in Da Nang. First of all, I can't emphasize enough how fantastic the staff of this hotel is. From the doorman to the lovely receptionists, the cleaning team to the professional and attentive ladies working in the buffet restaurant. Everyone is always ready to help you, answer your questions, and they go beyond and above to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The hotel itself is clean and welcoming. You can enjoy a beautiful lobby, the restaurant is classy and the food options at the buffet for breakfast are varied, fresh and delicious. There is also a nice pool, a bar and a good gym on the last floor. The rooms are clean, the AC is efficient and the beds are very comfortable. A bit more of storage space would be welcomed but it wasn't a problem during my short stays. Overall, if you don't mind staying a bit far from the beach (it's about a 10 minutes drive and you need to cross the Dragon Bridge), I would strongly recommend to stay at Fivitel Boutique Hotel Da Nang. It's in a very calm area and you can walk to several small restaurants and other commercial streets. Also, the service I got from all the staff is the best I got in Vietnam.
