A first rate hotel, both lovely and comfortable. Excellent dining options and the best breakfast we had in Vietnam. Enjoyed the spa treatments. Very good service from all. A half hour walk (or hotel shuttle ride) to either the beach or the old city. We enjoyed the neighborhood feel and the rice paddies

Hi this was excellent hotel. Staff are friendly and always there to help. When we arrived we were greeted by Jay and his team and they went out there way to make comfortable arranged travel arrangements for us booked restaurants and also organised Taxis. Breakfast was good and a special vegetarian menu if you are vegetarian. Nancy was excellent as well she always looked after us well. I would highly recommend this hotel and staff. Spa was excellent as well.

It was honestly the best hotel experience we have ever had! The staff were friendly, the food was good, the spa treatments were to die for and the rooms were stunning. But the best part was how amazing the staff made our trip. They truely go above and beyond to make your trip perfect giving you their personal WhatsApps so you can ask questions, book anything and get local recommendations. The staff that particularly made our trip were Jessi, Kathy, Ame and Ryan!

Highly recommend this place to stay if you were to visit Hoi An. The staff is exceptional! Honestly one of the most welcoming stays experienced! I am have to give a shout to Kathy! Kathy was fantastic! She welcomed me with a warm smile and made the check-in process quick and easy. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything I needed. Lovely modern hotel, spacious rooms. Lovely spa, we had a great time. Lots of variety with breakfast but would suggest having more options for people who don’t eat pork. Shuttle to the old town is lovely but increased frequency would be preferred. It’s easy to get a “Grab” though so not a problem. Staff is super lovely. Lily, Ame and many others thank you for making our stay so nice.

Nancy is very friendly and helpful. I had a bad fall at Old Town due to slippery ground. Nancy recommended local ointment White Tiger balm to apply. It helped in reducing some pain. Jessie is another staff who is friendly and cheerful. Highly recommend for a memorable stay.

Nice and clean room with stable wifi and smart TV. Good breakfast spread. Play area with colouring activities for kids. Staff from housekeeping to bellboys are all very personable and helpful, especially Lily whom we could Whatspp-text for info and massage bookings, and also Nancy who is very hospitable. In-house massage was one of the best I’ve had that we had daily appointments! 10-15 mins drive to Ancient Town, 10-15 mins drive to Hoi A Memories Land, 30 mins drive to VinWonders, 5 mins walk to local market. Highly recommended for a cozy and comfortable stay in Hoi An!

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was lovely and the restaurant was fabulous. Very easy to get to the market area via grab or taxi, and there are some amazing places nearby worth checking out.

Super friendly staff especially Amie and Jessi. They went above and beyond. Rooms were well appointed and the daily cakes and biscuits were a lovely touch. Both pools were nice, but potentially a few my sun loungers are required for busier periods. Breakfast was incredible and amazing variety. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Hoi An.

The hotel is very clean and modern, very comfortable. It’s conveniently located from the beach and old town. Free shuttle service provides easy transportation for going out. The staffs from house keeping to doormen are friendly and helpful. Lily is the most courteous, friendly and always provides valuable information and suggestions with our questions. Kathy at the front desk is also very sweet and helpful making our stay especially memorable.

Stayed for two nights Oct 10 to 12 upon check in was greeted by friendliest customer service rep Nancy. Nancy was great, communicating with me via WhatsApp, helped greatly with any request we had & spoke fluent English.Hotel had great amenities, utilized the fitness center, breakfast was so delicious. We stayed in one of the Presidential suite rooms. The amenities were very nice, including the welcoming gifts of food and wine in the room, many certificates for discounts on dining and services, the spa pool in the suite, and a second en-suite bathroom. Ame, in charge of Guest Relations, was always quick to anticipate our needs. She looked after us, making sure we took advantage of services and discounts for things. She was a real professional, but also a genuinely sweet and friendly person. All around it was a five star experience.
