Overall, this property was great, but it does feel a bit on the older side. I noticed a smell coming from the vent when the AC was turned on, and one night, I had to leave the balcony door open. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. The staff could be a bit more attentive—less time on personal phones during check-in would improve the experience. That said, for the price and convenience, the hotel isn’t a bad choice.

The hotel is really nice and new. Jay at the front desk was so accommodating and helpful when we had questions. Thank you Jay for making our experiences GREAT! THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS EXCELLENT! The best breakfast buffet we had so far from the other two places we stayed at. The restaurant food in the hotel was AMAZING! We ended up eating at the hotel restaurant our last 2 days after finding out the food in the restaurant tasted WAY BETTER than outside food. All the staff is very helpful and try their best to understand. We brought some fruits from outside to the lobby and the staff was so nice by offering to cut and bring the fruits to us. Hoi An night market is 14 mins drive and the Hoi An old town is only 7 mins from the hotel. The hotel offers shuttle ride to and from Hoi An old town at no cost. I wish the property was bigger and have more things to do after 9pm. After 9pm the place is very quiet. Overall 9.5!!! Love it!

A first rate hotel, both lovely and comfortable. Excellent dining options and the best breakfast we had in Vietnam. Enjoyed the spa treatments. Very good service from all. A half hour walk (or hotel shuttle ride) to either the beach or the old city. We enjoyed the neighborhood feel and the rice paddies

Hi this was excellent hotel. Staff are friendly and always there to help. When we arrived we were greeted by Jay and his team and they went out there way to make comfortable arranged travel arrangements for us booked restaurants and also organised Taxis. Breakfast was good and a special vegetarian menu if you are vegetarian. Nancy was excellent as well she always looked after us well. I would highly recommend this hotel and staff. Spa was excellent as well.

It was honestly the best hotel experience we have ever had! The staff were friendly, the food was good, the spa treatments were to die for and the rooms were stunning. But the best part was how amazing the staff made our trip. They truely go above and beyond to make your trip perfect giving you their personal WhatsApps so you can ask questions, book anything and get local recommendations. Kathy was fantastic! She welcomed me with a warm smile and made the check-in process quick and easy. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything I needed. My room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options. Overall, an excellent stay made even better by Kathy’s outstanding service. Lovely modern hotel, spacious rooms. Lovely spa, we had a great time. Lots of variety with breakfast but would suggest having more options for people who don’t eat pork. Shuttle to the old town is lovely but increased frequency would be preferred. It’s easy to get a “Grab” though so not a problem. Staff is super lovely. Lily, Ame and many others thank you for making our stay so nice.

Nancy is very friendly and helpful. I had a bad fall at Old Town due to slippery ground. Nancy recommended local ointment White Tiger balm to apply. It helped in reducing some pain. Jessie is another staff who is friendly and cheerful. Highly recommend for a memorable stay.

Nice and clean room with stable wifi and smart TV. Good breakfast spread. Play area with colouring activities for kids. Staff from housekeeping to bellboys are all very personable and helpful, especially Lily whom we could Whatspp-text for info and massage bookings, and also Nancy who is very hospitable. In-house massage was one of the best I’ve had that we had daily appointments! 10-15 mins drive to Ancient Town, 10-15 mins drive to Hoi A Memories Land, 30 mins drive to VinWonders, 5 mins walk to local market. Highly recommended for a cozy and comfortable stay in Hoi An!

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was lovely and the restaurant was fabulous. Very easy to get to the market area via grab or taxi, and there are some amazing places nearby worth checking out.

Super friendly staff especially Amie and Jessi. They went above and beyond. Rooms were well appointed and the daily cakes and biscuits were a lovely touch. Both pools were nice, but potentially a few my sun loungers are required for busier periods. Breakfast was incredible and amazing variety. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Hoi An.
