The property is everything you would expect from a Hilton but we had 2 issues during our 2 day stay. 1. The bidet in the toilet was leaking flooding the bathroom a couple of times.. it took us a while to figure out where the water was coming from! 2. We used the laundry self service facility. The washing went well. However, trying to dry the clothes was a full night affair. The only setting you can choose is 2.5 hours, which we did. This was around 11:30 pm mind you so we had to come back after 2 am and nothing had changed... the clothes were still wet... so we set it for another 2.5 hours and went back again at 5 am.. still no dry clothes. We checked with a guy at the pool and he showed us that the water tray was full and it needed to be emptied for the clothes to actually dry. So another 2.5 hour setting and off we went again. 2.5 hours later the clothes were drier but not completely so we went for another 2.5 hours! Had to keep emptying the water container to keep making sure the clothes dried well. They did in the end but after a mammoth effort. We had to delay our plans to go to Ba Na hills because we had to check out that day! If only the Hilton could invest in ducted driers that were far more efficient! The staff were very helpful. The duty manager waved the charge for the laundry (which was a fair thing to do) but also provided us with a free drop off to the airport that evening, which was sweet. I think overall, I did not expect this experience at a Hilton...

Clean, staff are friendly n helpful. Easy access to the beach n sea food restaurants. Breakfast is OK, except that the staff does not know how to cook the eggs that you want. They don't know how to cook over easy eggs. Overall the stay is good n would recommend this place.

Our stay here nice. Our room had a balcony with ocean view. It was amazing to be able to sit out there and enjoy the amazing view. Although the hotel was quite a walk to the main beach attractions and to food facilities. The staffs were friendly and very accommodating.

Nothing wrong with the hotel itself. However, it just loses when compared to another hotel (which is also along the beach) I stayed during my trip. While this hotel is not a high-ended brand under the Hilton group, I was a bit disappointed as it did not meet my expectations of the Hilton group/brand. The room and the facilities look old and dated. Nothing much in the surroundings except a few cafes and minimart. Can get a nice view of the sunrise, however I believe you can also enjoy the same sunrise as long as you stay in rooms with an ocean view at any other hotels along the beach.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and its location is outstanding. The property is very clean, and the lobby is beautifully decorated. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with a complimentary drink, although check-in took a bit longer than expected, and the elevators were quite slow. The room was spacious and featured a lovely bathtub and balcony, although a stone wall obstructed the view. Unfortunately, the bathroom cleanliness was lacking; I noticed fingerprints on the glass and palm prints on the black walls. Additionally, there were water stains on the faucet, and the tissue provided was quite thin. The ventilation in the restroom was poor, leading to some unpleasant odors. While there was plenty of hot water, it occasionally turned cold during use. The hotel is new, and the TV had many features, but I struggled to connect Bluetooth for music. The international power outlets were convenient, eliminating the need for adapters. The air conditioning was excellent, providing comfort after a hot day. However, there were no bathrobes in the room, and I had to request a toothbrush from the front desk. The infinity pool was beautifully designed, but it was small and not very deep, with a black bottom that made the water appear less clean. The breakfast selection was limited and quite pricey. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there are areas for improvement.

Not too bad but it feels like the budget tier for Hilton group. It can get noisy since there will always be loud music in the evening cos of the bar downstairs. It would be quieter if you close the curtains and wait till it’s a bit later. Overall, room was clean. No bedroom slippers provided.
